Yoga in Nature With Alice in Yogaland

Join us for a 6-7k hike, followed by a yoga class in the Timahoe Community Hall followed by a fancy coffee & home baked treats at the Heritage Centre. Participants should bring spare clothes incase of rain, and wear appropriate clothing, footwear. You must also bring your own yoga mat.
