Our Yogi for the session, Simon Rogers, as well as being a passionate Yoga teacher, is also a Natural Health and Well Being Therapist, and is Facilitator at Blackhill Woods Retreat, which is a sanctuary of Nature, Yoga & Well Being, in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois.
