Swim For A Mile Programme

Swim For A Mile is taking place in Ballinakill Outdoor Pool starting in July 2024. The initiative aims to encourage people to get back into the pool and become confident life-long swimmers. Swim Ireland coaches have written a swimming programme, that enables those who can swim a little to swim a mile in just 8 weeks.
