With over 60 events happening each month, you are sure to have fun in county Laois! From internationally recognised festivals such as Electric Picnic, to ancient celebrations in the Slieve Bloom Mountains there is something for everyone. Summer Solstice at Cathole Falls

This Summer Solstice event will include a Yoga class, Breathwork, Aromatherapy, Forest meditation/ folklore storytelling by Michelle. Adam is joining us again, playing the didgeridoo and guiding a balancing energy cacao ceremony. Waterfall dip breathwork led by Michelle for any newbies to cold water dipping. We finish off the morning with a picnic. We will all share some treats and a cuppa together. You can bring with you Yoga mat , pen, Water, snacks for picnic if u like.Swim- swimwear, swim boots, hat, hot water bottle, towel.
