Sound therapy is suitable for all people and can assist with bringing us into deeper states of stillness, peace and allowing the bodies to reach energetic blockages. The use of the many specially tuned instruments produce a hypnotic state that allow us to journey through the subconscious and receive colours, vibrations, feelings, emotions to process. It is a unique blend of music that can soothe on many levels.
