RollerFit for Teenage Girls

We are excited to launch our RollerFit programme as part of the her Moves initiative. RollerFit is a fitness class on skates that combines skills from a range of disciplines to create an experience suitable to all levels of experience. The 4-week skate programme is aimed at teenage girls to get active whilst listening to their favourite tunes. This initiative is being implemented to increase participation in sport in non-active teenage girls and to find a sport that they may enjoy. It is also being implemented to allow participants to have control over the programme by being able to control the music and the theme for each week.
