Relaxation Hour at Portlaoise Library

Join us for 1 Hour of Relaxation in Portlaoise Library. Take a break and release tension with calming relaxation and breath awareness exercises. Treat yourself to a moment of peace and nourishment. This will take place during Positive Ageing Week when a number of different events will take place to celebrate the contribution and agency of older people in the community.
