We are inviting you to join us for a weekend of practice in the Plum Village tradition. We will sit, meditate, walk and eat together. This is an opportunity to simply practice with sangha in a peaceful and lovely setting. The weekend will consist of both guided and silent meditations, friendly noble silence from the evening meditation to after lunch allowing spaciousness, relaxation and ease.
