Laois Connects Sound Meditation

Join us for a relaxing Sound Meditation session with Ollie Plunkett in Portlaoise Library. Using Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other instruments, you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of sound, helping to reduce tension, anxiety, and fatigue while enhancing spiritual well-being. Lie back, relax, and let the sound wash over you for an immersive, rejuvenating experience. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel to lie on during the session.
