Couch to 50km with Laois Cycling Club

In collaboration with Laois Cycling Club, the 6-week Couch to 50km programme aims to give participants the opportunity to build up their cycling experience and confidence of cycling out on the roads as part of a group. The sessions will prepare participants for a 50km end of programme cycle event which takes place on Sunday, 19th May.
