In aid of the Cuisle Centre and in association with Laois Fleadh Cheoil 2024 which will be held at St Mary’s CBS, Rathevan, Portlaoise on June BH weekend; a tribute to the late Chieftain Paddy Moloney along with local musicians and dancers who featured in Channel 4 TV broadcast over 40 ago. Afterwards there will be trad sessions and dancing in different parts of the Deadman’s to recreate the spirit of 1983 and the continuation of the cultural tradition.
