Slí na Sláinte for Good Health
Slí na Sláinte routes are mapped, signposted walking routes in the heart of our towns and villages. They are suitable for all ages and abilities and are a great way to get to know your locality. The routes vary in length but all are on flat terrain.
The Irish Heart Foundation in conjunction with local sports officers mark out and promote walking throughout Ireland. Laois is lucky to have 6 towns and villages mapped out with new routes under construction in Stradbally and Graiguecullen. Keep an eye out for updates.
