Wellbeing Workshop by Úna Curran

Suitable for parents and children under the age of 12yrs. Úna is a wellbeing and creative arts therapist and former primary school teacher. Her workshop comprise of art and crafts, yoga, breathing and mind gym exercises, storytelling and story massage. Places are limited so booking your place is essential.
