Apple fans can look forward to a big celebration of the awesome fruit in Laois when Abbeyleix hosts Applefest 2024 in October. As always, the favourite family event will be held in the beautiful Community Garden off Main Street, via the laneway beside the former post office. There will be apple pressing and sale of apple juice a great day out for all the family to enjoy together.
