The location will undergo a magical metamorphosis, decked out with spine-chilling decorations that will give guests goosebumps. Guests are encouraged to don their scariest costume for a chance to win the Best Dressed prize, and if they’re brave enough, consult with an on-site fortune teller. Shadows and Whispers is happening each Friday in the lead up to Halloween, so there’s plenty of opportunities to get involved.

There’s also a Spooky Scavenger Hunt where brave adventurers can collect a prize. Feeling courageous? Try figuring out what’s inside the gross mystery boxes! Magical Mystery in Portlaoise 

Embark on a fascinating journey through Portlaoise with Witchcraft and Wizardry: Murder by Magic. Ideal for families and groups of friends, each ticket to this unique outdoor adventure permits up to 6 adults (children play as extra for free) to become detectives in a magical murder mystery set in a world of enchantment and incantations. They’ll search for clues, solve intriguing puzzles, and discover the town’s secrets like never before. Prepare for an unforgettable adventure and be the first to solve the mystery! The game can be played anytime between 9am and 2pm, with the average game duration being 2 to 3 hours. There are prizes for five categories, including best dressed and fastest team.
