Longer evenings, lakeside sunsets, festival vibes and the joy of reconnecting – summer in Laois is more than a destination for celebrations. A gathering place for fun, food and friendship, here in the heart of Ireland.
This summer has already seen Laois come to life with the Gordon Bennett Classic Car Run at the end of May, followed by the immersive Timahoe Heritage Festival, and the colourful Buds & Blossoms Laois Garden Festival in Spink in early June. And that’s just the beginning.
Still to come are unforgettable music-filled weekends, outdoor art trails, cultural celebrations, and Ireland’s most iconic festival – all waiting to be discovered. Whether you’re planning a short break or a full escape, meet in the middle this summer for memories that matter.
