Winter Wellness at Mountmellick Library

The ‘Winter Wellness Workshop’ is for middle-aged and older adults with nutritionist Ruth Kavanagh. It includes nutrition education focused on promoting immune health, digestive health, heart health and hydration. The talk will be followed by a cooking demonstration of easy, budget-friendly recipes like lentil soup and nut & seed energy bites.
