Watching Them Fly: Debut Voices – Louise Nealon & Sheila Armstrong with Selina Guinness – Leaves Festival
6th November @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm€8
Her 2021 debut Snowflake has received brilliant reviews for Louise Nealon. Element Pictures acquired the novel’s film and screen rights. Sheila Armstrong’s debut short story collection How to Gut a Fish will be published by Bloomsbury in 2022. These friends will talk about what provokes them to write, what draws them to a subject, the importance and value of peer support, getting work published and about other writers they value. They will also read from their work and bring with them what best represents them at this stage in their writing lives.
