Swimming Women Portlaoise
Take part in Swimming Women Portlaoise and advance your swimming skills while simultaneously enjoying a fun way to exercise. Swimming Women is a six-week programme delivered in partnership with Laois LSP and Swim Ireland. Join a community of Women for a fun Aqua Aerobics and swimming programme. Participants must be 18 years or older. Places are limited, so booking your place early is advised. The 6-week program will begin on the 15th of January and run until the 12th of February.
