Supporting Your Stressed Or Emotional Teenager

This workshop will look at ways to understand teen development and the shift needed from a child to a teenager. It will also look at ways anxiety young people and supporting them throughout Secondary school and any social anxiety they may have. Places are limited so booking early is advised.
