Sunday Hike At Glenbarrow Waterfall
26th November @ 10:00 am - 1:30 pm
Join us for a fun morning of connection, movement & getting out in nature involving a Hike/Walk, Gentle Yoga Flow followed by Waterfall dip (optional of course) coffee/tea snacks and chats. This is mixed group open to both men and women. We hope to see you all there on the day.
