Spring Equinox Evening Celebration

This evening will be shared in celebration of how far we have come since the last Equinox and fully welcoming back the Spring. We will have a fire ceremony in the Yoga Grove, some energetic practices, movement dance and song followed by fireside dinner in great company. This event is suitable to all levels from Beginners upwards including pregnancy, we are here to support, encourage and help you to find a bit of calm
