Sound Bath With Siobhan

The next Sound Bath will take place in November at Notions Coffee Mountmellick. A relaxing & nourishing atmosphere to sink into self care time. I will be using a mixture of harmoniously tuned instruments to create a soundscape to help you feel at peace. All that is required, is for you to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, wear comfy clothes and bring some water. Places are limited so booking your place is essential.
