Rest and Reset Winter Retreat

These intense Days are for people who need to slow down, get on top of overwhelm, release their demons & reduce anxiety. The day will be very beginners focused and you do not need experience to attend. You will learn self soothing tools for life and will gain a new perspective on the powers you hold inside. Places are limited to fourteen people so booking your place early is essential.
