Reset and Rejuvenate Mini Retreat with Sarah O’Sullivan

Take some time for you and join me on this 2 hour reset for you. It will be a very gentle practice, starting with a slow Hatha flow, moving into some relaxing restorative poses, and then we will finish in Savasana where I will guide you in a restful Yoga Nidra deep meditation. A yummy treat will be waiting for you at the end. Suitable for all levels, not suitable for anyone pregnant.
