Pilates with Sabrina Women’s Programme

Pilates will be a 6 week flexibility programme with Sabrina in Killenard Community Centre. These are intended for women aged 18 years and over to develop on their flexibility. No experience of Pilates is necessary and people taking part are advised to bring their own mat, appropriate gear and water.
