Mum and Baby Yoga Classes

Have fun and bond with your baby while exercising safely this will be a great chance to meet new mums in your area too. These classes will include lots of fun, stretching, strengthening & learning for baby. Also included will be some interactive singing nursery rhymes, gentle baby massage and alignment exercises inc some yoga alongside mum. Places are limited so booking your place early is essential.
