Mum And Baby Yoga

The next Mum and Baby Yoga term will be starting in Portarlington Community Centre in September. The class is for both mum and baby as you will have fun and bond with your baby while exercising safely also you will meet new mums in your area too. These classes will be suitable for babies 6 weeks old to crawling at speed. The classes are baby-led, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed throughout the class. Places are limited so booking your place is essential.
