Beloved British artist L.S.Lowry lived all his life with his overbearing mother Elizabet. Bed-ridden and bitter, she actively tried to dissuade her bachelor son from pursuing his artistic ambitions. Outstanding performances relate this tale of the great artist finding success while caring for his curmudgeonly mother.
