Inclusive honouring of Mother’s Day for all, whatever your present situation may be. We know it can be a bitter sweet day for many. Maybe this year you need a bit of mothering yourself or it’s for your actual mother to come with you. This Day Retreat is suitable to all levels from Beginners upwards including pregnancy, we are here to support, encourage and help you to find a bit of calm.
