FREEWe invite you to join us to walk Mindful Miles with us in the stunning grounds of Abbeyleix House and Farm on Sunday. Not only is this a fabulous walk but you will see alpacas, ponies and Irelands oldest Oak Tree. A walk to definitely lift your mood and improve your wellbeing.
