Mature Movers 50+ Gym Class

A special morning class for those 50+ to work on mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, a little endurance and loads of fun. These classes will be taking place every Monday and Wednesday morning, places are limited to twelve in the class so booking your place early is essential.
