Ballykilcavan Brewing Company is a family owned business, based on the 13th generation family farm of David and Lisa Walsh-Kemmis. The brewery is a Gold status member of Origin Green and has won 6 national sustainability awards in the last 3 years. Carbon footprint reduction is a key part of the overall sustainability strategy at Ballykilcavan and as part of this Laois Climate Action Festival event, David will explain the measures taken to date, lessons learned and future plans.
