Kundalini Yoga & Sound Bath – March

€17.93This class is completely beginner friendly, focusing on slow deliberate movements. To provide a deeper state of relaxation for the nervous system you will be guided through kundalini yoga at the end of class, before we lay in stillness with the amazing sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan bowls and gongs around us.
