The Fruit N Nut Health Store are hosting a fundraiser in aid of Debra Ireland. It will be a health & wellbeing event, with speakers chatting all things health related answering the most common questions that come up in the shop. What you eat, food wise, what supplements can benefit you and what is best for you to mind your skin. There will be some mindfulness tips too.
