Family Friendly Events on Culture Night 2023: Shanahoe Community Hall

Shanahoe Community Hall in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois is excited to announce its first ever Culture Night event on Friday, September 22nd, 2023!

This family friendly evening will commence with a talented performance of Irish dancing provided by Aisling Walsh Dance School. That will then be followed by breathtaking performance by a marching band playing some music from the talented Shanahoe National School. Finally, Shanahoe National School will  present a spoken piece related to the local heritage of Abbeyleix to celebrate the area’s rich history in culture and the arts.

This free family-friendly event will be jam-packed with live performances and is set to be an unforgettable night celebrates art, heritage and culture of the local area. It is definitely not an event to be missed!
