Day Retreat @ Blackhill Woods – Restore Your True Nature

12th June @ 10:30 am - 3:30 pm

Set aside Sunday 12th June as a day for nurturing and rebalancing for your good self or a loved one.
The date is set for a very special collaboration between two heart based women to hold space for you to deeply release, relax and come back to your highest self.
The day will restore harmony between body, mind and spirit through gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, forest bathing, delicious vegan lunch and an afternoon of blissful sound healing.
Facilitators: Eilish Fitzpatrick & Carmel Minogue
 The morning will be spent with Eilish outside in The Yoga Grove. (Weather permitting, inside if raining. Please wear appropriate layers and sunblock if needed).
10.30 Welcome Meditation & Intention Setting. Reflection through journaling.
11.00 Gentle Morning Yoga.
Breathwork and mindful movement through yoga postures. This will be all levels and made accessible for all including beginners and pregnancy.
12.30 Yoga Nidhra.
Deep guided relaxation in The Yoga Grove under the woodland canopy – blissful forest bathing to integrate the benefits of your yoga practice.
13.00 Hearty delicious Vegan Lunch followed by Tea/Coffee & Homemade Dessert – (Please advise of any dietary requirements ahead of time).
14.00 The afternoon will be spent with Carmel for Sound Healing inside in our beautiful Yoga Rooms.
 A wonderful experience of getting lost in sound with beautiful sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Drums, Chimes and Chanting and more.
Get to feel Tibetan Bowls on the body for a deeper healing.
Learn how to heal using the voice through chanting.
Let your body naturally harmonise with the vibrations of ancient sound.
Learn how to use sound on a daily basis with simple techniques.
5.30 Float home after being nourished in body, mind and soul.
What to bring?
Comfy clothes, wear layers.
Yoga mat & blanket.
Writing material provided but bring your own journal if you are already established.
