Couch to 50km Cycling Programme with Laois Cycling Club

In collaboration with Laois Cycling Club, the 7-week programme aims to give participants the opportunity to build up their cycling experience and confidence of cycling out on the roads as part of a group. The sessions will prepare participants for a 50km end of programme cycle event which takes place Sunday, 18th May. Participants must be 18 years and over. This is an outdoor activity, participants to be dressed appropriately for weather conditions
