Christmas Bliss Yoga Day

Eilish & Simon are hosting a Christmas Bliss Yoga Day at the heavenly Blackhill Woods Retreat, Abbeyleix. We offer an opening cacao circle, a morning movement session with Eilish, pure relaxation, scrumptious vegan food for lunch and afternoon deeply relaxing meditative yin yoga with Simon. There is a loose schedule for the day but you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish, it is your day just for you. All levels are catered to including pregnancy, no previous experience required.
