Children’s Mindfulness And Meditation Workshop

All children will be given a warm welcome in a relaxing environment of fairy lights and blankets. They will enjoy a unique and fun two hour mindfulness workshop where they will paint to music. This workshop aims to equip children with tools to unwind, relax and understand their day to day feelings. Places are limited so booking your place is essential.
