Childrens Calm Morning

Children will enjoy creating tools to help them regulate their emotions they will fill their own ‘calm box’ to take take home. Also they will enjoy lots of breathwork meditation quiet time mindful activities. This will be suitable for boys & girls between the ages of seven and thirteen.
