Candlelit Yin Yoga

Gift yourself an hour a week to come to Candlelit Yin Yoga, to help your body and mind relax and unwind, helping you rest and recharge. Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of Yoga, where poses are held for longer periods of time to allow the deeper, smaller muscles and fascia/connective tissue to relax and unwind. It is a meditative and introspective practice, that gives you time in stillness and can support your mind
