Brú Theatre present Selvage

13th October 2022 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

€16 – €18

Galway’s Brú Theatre presents Selvage, an evocative, inventive theatre show merging puppetry and physical storytelling with a live music score by Anna Mullarkey.

Granny has been incarcerated, the fairy-tale has faltered & now something is gnashing at Joe. Selvage (a line of self-securing knitting), is a one man show about unravelling tightly wound modern anxieties and a boy’s triumph over his ‘gnaw’.

Following 2 sold out runs in Galway, Selvage now embarks on a national tour, inviting audiences into this creative examination of the countless avenues people trudge down in an effort to calm their niggling ‘gnaw’.

Written by James Riordan | Directed by Lara Campbell
