Autumn Equinox Day Retreat

Would you like just one day off to yourself? Time to clear your head, spend time in nature, do some balanced yoga, eat some healthy delicious food and then relax a bit more. This Day Retreat is suitable to all levels from Beginners upwards, and modifications can be provided for pregnancy. We are here to support, encourage and help you to find a bit of calm. You will no doubt meet lovely like minded people but you can be as sociable or as quiet as you wish, just be you, this your day, you deserve it.
