Looking to join a mindfulness workshop in Ireland? Bloom HQ in Mountrath, County Laois, hosts a unique well-being event, titled A Woman in the Circle of Nature.
Organised by the Women’s Power Zone in County Laois and designed for Polish women living in Ireland, it’s the first of its kind in the county. Taking place on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, it offers a unique chance for women to connect with themselves, and each other.
Mindfulness Workshop: Woman In The Circle Of Nature
On Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Bloom HQ in Mountrath hosts a unique live workshop, titled Woman in the Circle of Nature.
Designed for Polish women living in Ireland, the event aims to help women develop techniques for taking care of themselves throughout the year, taking into account mindfulness to the body, spirit and changing nature.
It’s the first such event organised by the Women’s Power Zone in County Laois. Admission is priced €30. You’ll find more information at the Facebook link below.
