101 Historic Curiosities of County Laois Book Launch
9th February @ 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
The book will take you on an historic journey from the centre of Ireland where the reader will behold the boyhood deeds of Fionn mac Cumhaill, seek knowledge from the Christian monks, wisdom from the warrior kings, visit sites of ancient pilgrimage and explore the tales of conquest, plantation, new settlements, and migrations of Laoisonians, who travelled to the far-flung corners of the world.
