Ballinakill Outdoor Pool
A little about us:
Opened seasonally from June to September the outdoor pool in Ballinakill makes for a great family day out. The pool is located near Heywood Gardens and woodlands in the centre of the small village of Ballinakill.
Ballinakill Amenity Park is home to the outdoor swimming pool and playground.
The pool is run by Ballinakill Community Development Association clg.
In 2019 an extensive renovation was undertaken to re-open the facility. In 2021 an air-to-water heating system was installed making the pool much more user-friendly.
The main pool is 29m with a 6.5m toddler pool.
All facilities are disability-friendly and a pool hoist is also available.
Online bookings can be made via the website.
While there is no shop on site treats & coffees can be purchased in the local shops.

2pm, 3.30pm, 5pm & 6.30pm.
Adult only: Tuesday & Friday- 8pm
Sensory Hour: Tuesday - 1pm
