As an artist and printmaker, Angelina is inspired by words, stories, and symbols from Ireland’s past. Her passion is to foster interest in Ireland’s words, heritage and culture and to make them available to all through accessible and engaging designs and experiences.
She work across Ireland’s Ancient East with community, heritage, and commercial projects to bring Irish language, culture, and heritage to life. Her hands-on immersive workshops and mobile art experiences give everyone the opportunity to explore their own creativity and be inspired by traditional stories and techniques.
Angelina is co-organiser of Thread Softly Through Ireland (a festival of stitch celebrating the legacy of Mountmellick Embroidery), where she also facilitates creative mobile workshops. Angelina is a member of Limerick Printmakers, VAI, DCCI, Peannairí and Business to Arts.
Angelina was accredited as Design Leader as Gaeilge by Ireland’s Business All Stars Programme and was a finalist in the Irish language category of the Business All Star awards 2018.
