The building is steeped in history; its past includes being known as The Assembly Rooms,  a Secondary School, an Auction House, a Building Society,  and more recently a Fine Dining Restaurant.

Wander through the corridors of the mesmerising ground floor and discover two wonderful reception rooms decorated with a lovely antique wallpaper and traditional furnishings including a large dining table where guests can spend the evening playing entertaining board games as they listen to the musician of the group take to the piano to fill the room with peaceful symphonies.

Sink into the armchairs and watch as light and warmth flicker from the fire and indulge in some quiet time as you lose yourself in gripping tales from your favourite book.

There are six large king and super king bedrooms, each boasting traditional mahogany furniture and an airy en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, a hand basin and WC. In addition two of the bedrooms have the option of a single bed catering for children and larger groups.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoor courtyard, converted stables and garden space which sits on one acre and is ideal for summer BBQ’s, events, retreats or it can just be a place where children (and adults) have the freedom to climb a tree and run around in a safe and secluded area.
