Mountrath Golf Club was founded in 1929 and affiliated to the GUI in 1932. Originally a 9 hole course, it was extended to 18 holes in 1994. The course is situated 2 miles south of Mountrath, just off the M7. Golfers will relish its fine, long fairways and well manicured greens.

Rathdowney Golf Club is a beautiful parkland golf course set in the south western corner of Co. Laois. Established in 1930 it covers 104 acres of countryside and offers a very pleasant round of golf. In 1997 the course was extended to 18 holes, using the advice of renowned golf course designer Pat Ruddy, and now offers a new challenge to its players. In recent years a new clubhouse was opened offering modern facilities and services. Today the course is of a matured state, with challenging holes and fairways. The Heath Golf Club

The Heath Golf Club is a heathlands course based right in the centre of Ireland just off the M7 motorway. Our open day is every Wednesday from April-September. It is €6 for members and €10 for visitors. On any other day green fees are €15 for mid-week golf €20 for weekend golf and €60 for a fourball. We look forward to seeing you soon.
